Information & Assistance

The goal of the Information and Assistance Specialist is to empower those aged 60 and older by providing information and access to resources that will assist in linking people in need with appropriate available services in their area.

The Information and Assistance Specialist is also available to assist Medicare beneficiaries in researching, reviewing, and enrolling in Medicare Part D prescription drug plans that best serve their needs.
